Owner
Jim Gibson brings more than twenty-five years in residential and commercial real estate. Gibson has transacted over $1.5 Billion in net lease transaction since 2009 and his business development activities cross all segments of the net-lease market including retail, office, industrial and medical.
Before joining Stan Johnson Company in 2008, he was Vice President of Development for Morrison Homes, responsible for land development and sale of 600 residential lots and homes annually. The CoStar Group has named Gibson a CoStar Power Broker, which Gibson views as a testament to the strength of the client-broker relationship. In 2022, Gibson was awarded the Star Award from the Texas Association of Builders for his outstanding work in the homebuilding industry.
